Palmyra | Styling For Sale
For this project, I was called in to style a tenanted apartment in a beautiful Palmyra complex. Unlike many apartment developments, this one offers true resort-style living, with a 25m pool, spa, sauna, gymnasium and games room.
The apartment itself, however, needed a lift in preparation for sale. The focus was on carefully decluttering and editing the tenant’s belongings, then introducing selected artwork, rugs, bedding and accessories to create a more neutral, contemporary aesthetic that complemented the resort-style living on offer.
Working largely with the tenant’s existing furniture, the aim was to show the apartment at its best while still allowing it to remain a functional, lived-in home throughout the sales campaign.
The result: an offer following the second viewing.
The Remit

The base was the tenant’s main furniture pieces, with the remaining items stripped back.
Neutral, contemporary artwork and accessories were then introduced for the photography and home-open campaign, creating a fresh, modern and cohesive feel throughout the apartment.
