& SIL Styling
Living Rooms are leading the way in the coliving arena, and I’ve had the privilege of sourcing, installing, and styling close to 100 rooms to date for Living Rooms, Reside, and The HMO Property Co. The remit is full end-to-end styling and project management from key handover from the builder to final handover to the Property Management team after photography is complete.
Each home, whether for Coliving or SIL (Supported Independent Living), is thoughtfully designed to feel welcoming, functional, and unique. Through art, styling, furnishings, and layout, I try to ensure every space takes on its own identity, balancing comfort with practicality. With most homes featuring a 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom configuration, the goal is always to create a sense of home and community, where people feel at ease from the moment they walk in. All about convenience, these homes are fully furnished, inventoried and styled, ready for housemates to walk into.

The Remit

I work closely with this client to transform empty houses into fully styled, move-in-ready coliving homes. Working within a set budget, I source everything from large furniture and appliances to cutlery, crockery, bedding packs, and outdoor settings.
Each property is a fully furnished 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom home with shared living areas, designed for tenants to move straight in (SIL often smaller). I manage the entire process: curating every item, coordinating deliveries and setup, and making sure the space is functional, cohesive, and welcoming.

During installation, I coordinate and manage all deliveries, trades, and installers as needed. From flatpack assembly to appliance hookups, I make sure everything comes together smoothly.
Styling is part of every home’s setup, carefully layered, considered, and ready for professional photography.

I schedule, brief, and oversee the professional shoot, ensuring the home is captured at its best. From lighting to layout, every styled element is placed with intention, helping the property stand out online and attract the right tenants.

I work within a set budget, allocating spend wisely across furniture, appliances, styling items, and inventory essentials, all without compromising quality. I keep track of costs and make sure every dollar works hard to deliver a polished, practical outcome.
